Scheduling and Pricing

Service appointments booked through our website, scheduling app, or by phone are estimates only based on the information provided by the Customer.

Final service pricing will be determined upon arrival after physical inspection and measurement of the area(s) to be cleaned.

If actual measurements differ from the estimates provided during booking, the final invoice will reflect the correct measurements at our standard service rates.

Customers will be notified of any significant changes to pricing prior to the commencement of work, and Customer approval will be obtained before proceeding.

Stain and Odor Treatment Limitations

While our professional cleaning services are highly effective, not all stains, odors, or damage can be completely removed through cleaning alone.

Certain materials (including carpet, upholstery, or grout) may have permanent staining, color loss, or fiber damage that cannot be corrected with cleaning.

We cannot guarantee complete removal of:

  • Pet urine stains and odors

  • Dye transfer stains (such as from clothing, rugs, or furniture)

  • Long-standing stains

  • Chemical or bleach stains

No warranty or guarantee is made regarding the complete removal of stains, odors, or discolorations.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the service areas are accessible, free of hazardous materials, and ready for cleaning upon arrival.

Customers must inform us in advance of any delicate materials, pre-existing damage, or special handling instructions.

Liability

Sandy Paws Professional Floor Cleaners exercises great care while performing all services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions such as loose tiles, delaminated carpet, worn fibers, prior staining, or structural weaknesses.

  • Damage resulting from improperly installed flooring or upholstery.

  • Items left unsecured or in service areas (e.g., fragile items, electronics, or valuables).

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apply Pay & Google Pay.

Cancellation Policy

Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Changes to Terms

Sandy Paws Professional Floor Cleaners reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
