We stand behind every service with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with the results of your cleaning:
Please notify us within 48 hours of your completed service.
We will return at no additional charge to address the issue and perform a re-clean or touch-up.
This return visit must occur within 7 days of the original service appointment unless otherwise agreed upon.
Requesting a Refund
If you remain unsatisfied after a return visit — or if you choose not to have us return — you may request a refund.
Refund eligibility conditions:
You must report the concern within 48 hours of the original appointment.
The issue must relate directly to the quality or outcome of our cleaning services.
The affected area(s) must remain untouched by other individuals or service providers prior to our return.
Refunds may be issued in full or in part, depending on the scope of the concern and services rendered.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and issued at our discretion.
Limitations of the Guarantee
Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
Permanent stains or damage that cannot be corrected through cleaning (e.g., bleach spots, worn fibers, deep-set pet urine, mildew damage)
Pre-existing issues with the materials being cleaned (e.g., delaminated carpet, loose tile, discoloration from age or prior damage)
Odors or contaminants that have penetrated beyond the surface and are not removable through cleaning methods
Areas that have been soiled again or altered after our service, or where post-cleaning care instructions have not been followed
Requests made outside the 48-hour window without prior approval
Our technicians will always inform you of realistic expectations during the initial service.
Courtesy Refunds Without Re-Clean
If you choose not to have us return to attempt a resolution, we may still offer a refund as a courtesy.
In such cases, we reserve the right to limit future refund eligibility or decline future service if we believe the policy is being misused.
Abuse of Policy
We strive to uphold fairness for all customers.
We reserve the right to deny repeat refunds or refuse service to any customer who, in our sole discretion, appears to be abusing the policy or acting in bad faith.
